From March 19 to 20, the 15th Huawei China Partners Conference 2026, themed "Rise Through Collaboration, Achieve with Integrated Intelligence", was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Liang Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of 15MCC, was invited to attend the event and delivered a keynote speech, sharing the company’s practices and explorations in mining digitalization.
In his keynote address, Liang Lei introduced 15MCC’s Lego-style integrated solution for smart mines, developed on the basis of the Management View Analysis Method and Full Demand Analysis Method. He pointed out that the digital-intelligent transformation of the non-ferrous metal mining industry is challenged by diverse and fragmented industry demands, and 15MCC is committed to advancing the construction of digital mines through standardized restructuring.
By integrating 15MCC’s digital mining philosophies and methodologies, its professional technical expertise in the mining sector, with Huawei’s strengths in MetaGraph Studio and ICT products and technologies, the two parties have jointly created Lego-style multi-scenario digital solutions for non-ferrous metal mines. These solutions adopt a model of "universal full set plus personalized combination" to meet differentiated demands, providing cost-effective digital transformation services for non-ferrous metal mines. Already deployed in multiple mining scenarios – from the Mine Easy IoT to the integrated management platform – the solutions have generated value for customers’ high-quality development.
The Huawei China Partners Conference is a flagship annual exchange and cooperation platform hosted by Huawei for enterprise business partners and industry clients.
