On March 17, Liang Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of 15MCC, met with a delegation led by Liu Liqiang, Chairman of Jiaxin International Resources Investment Co., Ltd. The two sides held in-depth discussions on deepening mining business cooperation and developing green mines.

Liang Lei extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and briefed them on the achievements 15MCC has attained over the past three years by implementing the development strategy of "Rooted in Non-ferrous Metals, Expanding Beyond Non-ferrous Metals". He noted that as the "Iron Army" of China’s non-ferrous metal industry, 15MCC possesses extensive experience and technological advantages in mining, smelting and overseas engineering projects. The company is stepping up efforts to build its comprehensive mining service capacity and fully expand its mining business. Going forward, 15MCC will continue to uphold the service philosophy of "Integrity and Professionalism, Creating Value with Dedication", deepen practical cooperation with Jiaxin International in mining development, mine design and other business sectors, and jointly advance the high-quality development of the mining industry.

Jiaxin International is principally engaged in the development of tungsten ore resources. Its Bakuta Tungsten Mine in Kazakhstan ranks among the top global projects of its kind in terms of resource reserves, and boasts a high designed production capacity. Liu Liqiang expressed gratitude to 15MCC for its pivotal contributions to the construction of this project, and commended 15MCC’s professional technical expertise and comprehensive strength in the mining field. He introduced Jiaxin International’s development progress in resource reserves, mining business layout and project construction objectives, adding that the company has launched multiple projects in Kazakhstan. Liu stated that Jiaxin International hopes the two sides will deepen pragmatic cooperation, realize complementary advantages in green mine construction, engineering collaboration and overseas resource development, and jointly foster a long-term, stable and sustainable partnership.
