On March 6, 15MCC signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Northeastern University Design and Research Institute. Liang Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of 15MCC, Yang Qingchen, President of Northeastern University Design and Research Institute, and Mao Yu and Gang Zhanku, Vice Presidents of the Institute, attended the ceremony and held a discussion session.

Yang Qingchen extended a warm welcome to the delegation led by Liang Lei and introduced the Institute’s development positioning and technological advantages. He pointed out that relying on the robust scientific research foundation of Northeastern University, Northeastern University Design and Research Institute boasts outstanding technological R&D and engineering design capabilities in fields such as non-ferrous metallurgy and the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources. Facing the new trends in the industry, 15MCC is actively promoting transformation and upgrading.
