To further implement the strategic plan of "Based in Africa, Deepening Business, and Diversified Development", strengthen the construction of the talent team, and meet the actual work needs of the company's expanding business in Africa, the company is now conducting public recruitment for both internal and external candidates. I. Number of Positions and Work Locations
(I) Social Recruitment Positions
Survey and Design Engineer (Non-ferrous Metals Industry)
Responsible for the preliminary survey and design of non-ferrous metal projects, formulating scientific and reasonable design schemes to ensure projects meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Design Engineer (Non-ferrous Metals Industry)
Focus on the detailed design of non-ferrous metal projects, participate in discussions on project technical schemes, and provide technical support for project implementation.
Mining Industry Positions
Mining Equipment Operation Positions: Skillfully operate various types of mining equipment, conduct operations in strict accordance with operating procedures, and ensure the efficient and safe progress of mining work.
Mining Equipment Maintenance Positions: Responsible for the daily maintenance and fault repair of mining equipment, promptly eliminate equipment faults to ensure equipment is in good operating condition and reduce equipment downtime.
Work Location: African project sites (locations of projects in relevant countries such as Zambia)
Commercial Contract Positions
Mine Engineering Budget Engineer: Responsible for budget preparation, cost control, and settlement of mine engineering projects, and conduct accurate accounting and effective management of project costs.
Installation Engineering Budget Engineer: Focus on the budget management of installation engineering projects, participate in budget preparation during the project bidding process, and assist in formulating reasonable bidding strategies.
Construction Engineering Budget Engineer: Undertake the budget work of construction engineering projects, conduct detailed accounting of construction materials, labor costs, etc., and provide data support for project cost control.
Market Development Positions
Head and Team for the Electric Power & Energy Sector: Responsible for exploring the African electric power and energy market, formulating market development strategies, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the development of the company's business in this field.
Head and Team for Regional Sectors: Focus on specific regional markets in Africa, gain in-depth understanding of local market demands, formulate targeted market development plans, and lead the team to achieve market development goals.
(II) Internal Recruitment Positions
Recruit 10 Professional and Technical Engineers, covering majors such as mining, blasting, mechanical and electrical engineering, architecture, highway engineering, safety and environmental protection. The recruitment is open to the company's existing dispatched workers and externally employed personnel.
II. Basic Requirements
(I) Possess good political quality and moral character, as well as sound professional ethics and professionalism. Adhere to principles, act with integrity and self-discipline, prioritize credibility, and abide by laws and regulations.(II) Have the knowledge, experience, capabilities and qualities required to be competent for the position, possess the concept of the rule of law, professional thinking and professional literacy, and emphasize unity and cooperation. Be willing to comply with the company's arrangements regarding work locations.(III) Have strong corporate management experience and execution ability, as well as good communication skills (with multiple parties), interpersonal skills, inter-departmental coordination ability, organizational coordination ability and risk prevention and control ability. Understand the current situation of the construction engineering, mining and metallurgy industries, and domestic and international market trends.(IV) Abide by national laws, regulations and administrative provisions, with no bad employment records. Work summary of the past three years, including content such as personal work ability, skills, major work achievements, application advantages, understanding of the applied position and elaboration of future work ideas, with a word count of no more than 3,000.
V. Recruitment Process and Other Provisions
(I) Recruitment Process
Release of recruitment announcement → Public application → Qualification review → Organization of assessment (written test, interview) → Confirmation of candidates for inspection or background check → Organization of inspection or background check → Confirmation of recruited candidates → Issuance of employment notice → Pre-employment medical examination → Signing of labor contract → Formal appointment in accordance with laws and regulations.
