In the golden autumn of October, good news came again! The Sinomine's Cartoonba project achieved a monthly production of 3.68 million tons in October, setting a new record since the project's commissioning. As of now, the project has completed 14.31 million tons of its annual production target of 20 million tons, leaving a remaining task of 5.69 million tons. This breakthrough before the rainy season has laid a solid foundation for the project to achieve its annual goals and effectively alleviated the production pressure in the following period.
This month's production breakthrough is attributed to the scientific planning and meticulous management of the project department. The project department fully seized the favorable conditions at the end of the dry season, optimized equipment scheduling, and strengthened production organization to ensure efficient coordination among all links. By implementing the production strategy of "ensuring daily output to guarantee weekly output and ensuring weekly output to guarantee monthly output", the potential of equipment was deeply tapped to enhance operational efficiency. Coupled with the continuously improved safety and quality management system, it provided a reliable guarantee for high and stable production.
The current annual plan completion rate of the project has exceeded 70%, with the remaining task volume being less than 30%, which has won precious buffer time to deal with the upcoming rainy season. The project department has formulated all-round production plans for the rainy season in advance, including equipment protection, road maintenance, and safe production. All staff are now making a full-out effort with high morale to strive for the annual target of 20 million tons.
